HHS Jazz Ensemble Makes History with KMEA Invitation

For the first time in school history, the Hopkinsville High School Jazz Ensemble has been selected to perform at the prestigious 2026 Kentucky Music Educators Association (KMEA) Conference.

Under the direction of Mr. Addisson Grimm, the ensemble has achieved a remarkable milestone that reflects the talent, discipline, and passion of its student musicians. This honor places the HHS Jazz Ensemble among a select group of outstanding music programs from across the Commonwealth, showcasing the very best in jazz education and performance.

The performance is scheduled for Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. EST in the Hyatt Regency Ballroom in Louisville, Kentucky. The event promises to be a highlight of the KMEA Conference, and the Hopkinsville community is encouraged to attend and show their support.

Congratulations to the students and Mr. Grimm for their hard work, commitment, and musical excellence. This is a moment of pride not just for Hopkinsville High School, but for the entire community.
