CCMS Athletes Take the Field at Battle of the Regions

Two student-athletes from Christian County Middle School are representing their school and community in a big way this weekend, competing at the Battle of the Regions in Lexington.

Jordan Santiago Bussell and Tryston Dillard are taking their talents to one of the state’s most competitive stages, showcasing the hard work, dedication, and pride that define CCMS football.

Events like the Battle of the Regions bring together top athletes from across Kentucky, giving players the opportunity to compete at a high level while representing their programs. For Bussell and Dillard, it’s more than just a competition—it’s a chance to demonstrate the effort they’ve put in on and off the field.

Their selection to compete speaks volumes about their commitment, skill, and growth as athletes. Representing CCMS on this stage highlights not only their individual achievements but also the strength of the football program as a whole.

As they compete, they carry with them the support of their teammates, coaches, and the entire CCMS community.

Christian County is proud of both athletes as they step onto the field ready to compete.
