The future of Christian County soccer will take the field this summer as the Christian County Tigers and Lady Tigers host their inaugural Youth Soccer Camp for area students entering kindergarten through fifth grade.
Scheduled for July 20-22 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. each day, the camp will be held at the Stadium of Champions Soccer Fields in Hopkinsville and will be led by the Christian County High School coaching staff.
Campers will have the opportunity to learn from Tigers Head Coach Will Bryan, Assistant Coach Ryan Roussel, and Lady Tigers Head Coach Jeff Addison during three mornings focused on skill development, teamwork, confidence-building, and most importantly, fostering a love for the game.
“This camp is designed for players of all skill levels,” organizers said. “Whether your child is just beginning their soccer journey or already has experience on the field, our goal is to help them grow as players while having fun.”
The camp is open to students entering kindergarten through fifth grade and costs $75 per camper. Registration includes a free camp T-shirt, while drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the event.
With participation capped at 125 campers, families are encouraged to register before the July 7 deadline to secure their spot.
The Christian County soccer programs have already begun laying the foundation for a new era of Tiger soccer, and this summer camp provides an opportunity for the community’s youngest athletes to learn directly from the coaches and players who will help shape that future.
