Colonels Net First Goal of the Season Against Trigg County

The Christian County Colonels soccer team continues to grow stronger with each outing, showing heart and determination in their matchup against the Trigg County Wildcats on Monday evening.

The Colonels reached an exciting milestone by scoring their first goal of the season. Noah Davis made history as the first Colonel to find the back of the net, finishing a strong play set up by teammate Misael Baltazar. The goal electrified the sideline and showcased the teamwork Christian County has been building since the start of the season.

While the Wildcats’ offense proved tough to contain in the 6-1 contest, the Colonels’ breakthrough score marks a sign of progress and momentum. Each game has shown growth in chemistry and confidence, and the team continues to build toward that first win.

With their first season goal under their belt, the Colonels look to build on the season one step at a time as they take the field again Thursday, August 28, against Fort Campbell at 6 p.m.
