Crofton Elementary Archery Team Takes First Place, Headed to State Tournament

The Crofton Elementary Archery Team continues to showcase its skill and dedication on the range, bringing home another first-place team finish in their most recent competition.

Along with the team victory, several Crofton archers earned individual honors for their impressive performances.

In the boys division, David O’Neil delivered a standout performance, taking 1st place, while Garnett Cummings secured 3rd place, adding valuable points to the team’s overall success.

Crofton’s girls also had a strong showing. Kelsi Bilyeu finished 4th place, and Bristol Johnson earned 5th place, demonstrating the depth and talent of the team.

The strong results reflect the hard work and focus these young archers have shown throughout the season.

With momentum on their side, the Crofton Elementary archery team now turns its attention to the state tournament next week, where they will compete against top teams from across Kentucky.
