Christian County has truly shown out for our students! This year, 115 seniors are stepping confidently into the real world through the FUSION Co-op Work-Based Learning program, partnering with nearly 70 incredible businesses across our community.
This isn’t just time on the clock—it’s our students learning to “practice being adults.” With caring mentors by their side, they’re building confidence, communication skills, professionalism, and purpose. These experiences are shaping who they’re becoming while preparing them for bright futures.
At the same time, local employers are investing in tomorrow’s talent. Together, we’re creating a vibrant workforce pipeline that connects students’ skills with real community needs. It’s collaboration at its best—and it’s making a difference for everyone.
Starting next week, we’re launching Workforce Wednesdays to spotlight how the Class of 2026 is already leaving its mark in Christian County. You’ll meet amazing students, hear their stories, and celebrate the ways they’re lifting our community.
