The Christian County Middle School track and field team delivered a solid showing at the 2025 Calloway Middle School Quad, earning top placements in several events and displaying strong teamwork throughout the competition.
Girls Sprint Events:
In the 100-meter dash, Christian County had a strong presence. Nalaiyah Holloway placed 7th with a time of 15.04, followed closely by Avaiya Brown in 8th (15.21). Imani Cushenberry came in 11th (15.92), and Malaya Stiger finished 14th (16.02).
In the 200-meter dash, Cushenberry earned 7th place (32.14), Brown placed 9th (32.48), and Dziya Stiger crossed in 12th (34.81).
For the 400-meter run, Mia Gbemudu finished 5th (1:14.49) and Lilly Collins placed 9th (1:21.95).
Boys Sprint Events:
Frank Irving delivered key performances for the boys’ team, placing 5th in the 100 meters (13.30) and earning a strong 4th place in the 200 meters (27.39).
Middle-Distance & Distance:
On the girls’ side, Aubree Cline represented Christian County in the 1600 meters, finishing 13th (7:28.91).
For the boys, Bryce Hamlin placed 7th in the 1600 (5:51.90) and added a 9th-place finish in the 800 meters (2:44.86). Levi Johnson also competed in both events, placing 19th in the 1600 (6:43.95) and 25th in the 800 (3:14.92).
Field Events:
In the high jump, Frank Irving added to his successful day by finishing 7th with a jump of 4’8”.
Girls Relays Stand Out:
Christian County’s relay teams made a strong impact:

The 4×100 Relay team of Avaiya Brown, Imani Cushenberry, Malaya Stiger, and Nalaiyah Holloway earned 3rd place with a time of 58.64.

The same group ran the 4×200 Relay, finishing 3rd again in 2:07.33.

In the 4×400 Relay, the team of Nalaiyah Holloway, Lilly Collins, Avaiya Brown, and Mia Gbemudu came in 4th (5:24.90).
Overall:
Christian County Middle School athletes put together a well-rounded effort at the Calloway Quad meet. With standout individual performances and reliable relay squads, the team continues to build on their season with determination and teamwork.
