Christian County High School Boys Soccer Team Gives Back Through “Trash for Cash”
The Christian County High School Tigers Boys Soccer team recently stepped away from the pitch to give back to the community through a Trash for Cash cleanup project.
Armed with trash bags, gloves, and plenty of teamwork, the Tigers spent time cleaning up local areas while raising funds to support their soccer program. The project served as an opportunity for players to make a positive impact in the community while reinforcing the values of service, responsibility, and teamwork.
While the cleanup helps provide financial support for the program, its greatest reward is the pride players take in caring for the community that supports them throughout the year. From working together to improving public spaces, the team demonstrated that being a Tiger is about more than what happens during a match.
The Christian County High School Boys Soccer program continues to build leaders on and off the field, showing that character is reflected not only in competition but also through acts of service.
