Christian County Public Schools’ Fusion Work-Based Learning Program proudly welcomes The Trophy House as a new business partner this year, and senior Landon Cansler is taking full advantage of this exciting opportunity.

Landon, a student in the engineering pathway at Gateway Academy and Christian County High School, is gaining hands-on experience in precision and design as part of his co-op placement at The Trophy House. Pictured with his supervisor, Vicki Kinnard, Landon is showcasing his skills and commitment to professional growth.

A Hands-On Role in Precision and Design

At The Trophy House, Landon is responsible for:

  • Programming and setting up precision engraving machines to ensure accurate and high-quality results.
  • Assisting with the design of customized products, allowing him to apply his creativity and engineering knowledge.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of finished products, an essential skill in delivering customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, optimizing the use of cutting-edge technology.

By working each afternoon, Landon is not only learning technical skills but also developing essential employability skills that will serve him in any future career.
